You already know that we’re a virtual company. That is, we don’t have an office, let alone an office building. We started as were founded as a virtual company and were making it work w, then Covid struck. Not surprisingly, we didn’t miss a beat and took to Zoom like it had been designed just for us.

Not having a physical gathering place has its limitations. To compensate for the lack of physical socializing we began to hold weekly Water Cooler meetings via Zoom. The we being what we call ‘team members.’ Dan saw the need for us to get to know each other and socialize.

So our Water Cooler meetings are weekly. There is no requirement for any of us to be there. And although a topic or two may be suggested in the weekly reminder, often it’s ignored and we talk about something else… election issues in Florida, how to raise cats, sailing stories, you name it.
